Andersen Dog Park


	The Town of Glenville’s Andersen Dog Park, located at the corner of Van Buren and Swaggertown Roads, will open on Friday, April 15^th at 8 AM. Dog Park Tags (required) are available at the Town Clerk’s Office, 18 Glenridge Rd., from 9 – 5 daily, and dog licensure and proof of immunization are required. Town of Glenville residents (including the Village of Scotia) may obtain a dog park tag at no charge, and non-residents may register for a $50 annual fee. A brochure with the dog park rules is available on the Town Parks’ website page http://www.townofglenville.org/Public_Documents/GlenvilleNY_Parks/index Additional improvements to be made over the next month include agility obstacles, benches, further landscaping and other site amenities. A ribbon cutting is scheduled for 2 PM on Friday the 15^th with Supervisor Chris Koetzle “officially” opening the park. A Grand Opening is planned for June 11^th; additional details to follow.
